. Yandy Martínez Muñoz (TropicanDance) is a professional Cuban dancer, dance instructor, choreographer, and drag queen, passionate about all forms of art.
Trained in contemporary dance, with a strong foundation in classical ballet and Afro-Cuban dance, Yandy Martínez possesses remarkable versatility and body movement. This allows him not only to perform across different styles but also to teach a wide range of dance disciplines as both a teacher and choreographer.
Teacher of salsa , body movement , contemporary dance , reggaeton , commercial pop , heels and different styles He danced for more than 10 years at the famous Cabaret Tropicana in Havana, Cuba—a place that shaped him as an artist and where he had the honor of training with internationally renowned teachers such as Ofarril and Santiago Alfonso.
In 2012, Yandy began teaching dance, developing a style that blends Afro-Cuban music with Cuban and international popular rhythms. In 2017, he expanded his career as a choreographer and founded his own company, combining live music, dance, and circus arts.

Since moving to Bristol, UK in 2023, he has continued to teach and perform, mixing Afro-Cuban traditions with diverse genres and Cuban rhythms. He has participated in several festivals, including Glastonbury Festival, where he is one of the teachers for Glasto Latino.
In April 2025, Yandy introduced his drag persona, Bella Bronze, inspired by Celia Cruz and Juana Bacallao, bringing a unique style that fuses Cuban cabaret and burlesque. He also performs and hosts at various Latinx queer events and projects in the UK, such as Popola.
His passion is art in all its forms, expressed through dance, performance, and creative innovation.
