Diese Vieira, known artistically as Dy Blue, is an international dancer, choreographer, and creative director from Angola and Portugal, currently based in the UK. With over 15 years of experience, she has collaborated and performed with renowned artists including Richie Campbell, Plutónio, Nelson Freitas, Titica, Runtown, Ruger, and many others.

Specializing in Afro-diasporic dance styles such as Afro House, Kuduro, Ndombolo, Azonto, and Naija, Dy Blue also integrates Afro fusion and Street Dance, bringing versatility and originality to her work.

Her career highlights include performances at major festivals and stages such as the Sudoeste Festival and Altice Arena, as well as appearances in international music videos and live productions. She is also active on the battle scene, with recent achievements such as Winner of RDE Battle Manchester 2024 and Top 8 at Belgium Battle.

As a teacher, Dy Blue is passionate about empowering students through movement, encouraging cultural awareness, creativity, and confidence. She has taught at prestigious studios including Studio25 (Manchester), Bluevision Dance Academy (Lisbon), and 0161 Studios (Manchester), and has shared her knowledge worldwide with classes in New York, Vancouver, Lisbon, and across Europe.

She continues to refine her craft through ongoing training in leading studios such as Base Studios, Manor LDN, and The Hub Studios, and through international programs like Oyofé (Spain), Afro Drip Camp (Netherlands), and Roots & More (UK).

Dy Blue’s mission is to connect people through dance, celebrating Afro-diasporic culture while inspiring the next generation of movers worldwide.
